Job Description

External training
? Understanding the workshop business model, competitive environment and training needs
? Defining the logic of training offer and structure in management, technical and car model fields
? Estimating and structuring the content of existing training courses in terms of training target, audience, training method, training effectiveness management
? Coordinating the internal and external supplier to deliver the training with good quality control
? Managing new courses development project

Internal training
? Define training structure for consultant and recruiters
? Organize initial training for consultant and recruiters
? Support the on shop training delivered by consultant

Technical support
? Initialize and structure the technical support methodology
? Enable the work of the technical support agency？

Qualifications

1. Major in automotive or management, BA or above educational background.
2. +3 years automotive workshop service experience with service manager role at least.
3. +5 years non-technical training experience.
4. +2 non-technical training project management experience.
5. Basic English is a plus
