工作职责：

1. 负责AP的帐务登记和核销, 制作AP相关报表；

       Complete and manage the daily AP routine jobs and booking, make AP related reports;

2. 严格执行各项审批程序和权限，审核各类费用和员工报销的付款凭证，并进行支付；

        Review payments and staff reimbursements according to company policy and process

3. 管理公司银行账户，网银和各类票据，及时登记现金和银行日记账；

        Handel companies’ bank accounts, E-bank & bills, check receipts and payment transactions;

4. 购买和开具发票;

        Deal with VAT invoice management;

5. 整理和保管各类会计凭证，发票等;

        Manage and keep accounting documents and invoices;

6. 协助编制公司月度、年度财务报表, 编制现金流等报表;

        Support G/L to prepare monthly, yearly finance reports, monthly cash flow reports;

7. 协助完成AR的帐务登记和核销;

        Assist to complete AR routine jobs;

8. 协助进行税务申报和税务缴纳;

        Assist the financial management on tax filing and payment;

9. 协助年度审计工作;

        Support annual audit;

10. 上级安排的其他工作;

        Others jobs assigned by supervisor;

岗位要求：

1. 会计专业大专以上学历

       Diploma degree or above in accounting /finance

2. 2-3年相关工作经验，外资企业经验优先

        2 - 3 years accounting related experience，preferably in foreign invested company

3. 熟练使用金蝶财务软件和office软件

        Familiar with Kingdee system and good command of MS office

4. 英语良好

        Good command of English

5. 认真细致，责任心强，能承受压力

        Serious and responsible, able to work under pressure

6. 很强的学习能力，良好沟通能力，具有团队合作精神

        Strong learning skill, good communication skill and a good team player
