POSITION SUMMARY:
What is the main purpose of this job?


The goal of the testing and tooling engineer is to participate through all stages of concept and product development, from design to transfer, and to help build in methods to troubleshoot and test, as well as design and run different simulated user scenario in a controlled environment. This shall take place at both the code/electronics implementation level as well as at the user interaction level













PRINCIPal ACCOUNTABILITIES:
What are the key responsibilities of this job?

· Implement the quality plan to ensure the quality of the products from the beginning of the product design circle to the end, which requires the effective and harmonious communication.

· Follow the construction plan of the simulation and testing lab, to work with vendors to build the lab, and be responsible for the day to day running and maintenance of the lab.

· Supporting product development efforts by participating in the system architecture design process, contributes to the completion of quality plans, reviewing design plans, and ensuring appropriate control plans are provided for design transfer

· Ensure that the Project documentation is current and accurate.

· Attend the team meetings by preparing the agenda, project updates


EXPERIENCE:
What unique knowledge is needed to successfully perform the job?

What skills would you consider are most desirable?

· Minimum of 3 years with product design (software and/or electronics) as well as product testing and troubleshooting; And the electronics and software develop experience in one or more of the following areas is required:

? Wireless Systems

? Cellular Modem Systems

? Mobile Applications

? Medical Informatics Systems (HIS, CIS, xIS, HL7, DICOM, etc)

? Hospital IT


EDUCATION:
Specific educational requirement or technical training, multi-language, global experience, computer knowledge, etc.

· Master degree in Computer science, Automation Control, E.E. or related area

· PMP certificated is prefered
