Position: Production Planning Supervisor

Report to: Production Manager

Location: Pujiang Town, Minhang

Responsibilities:

- window person for both supplier of assembly equipment and Industrial Engineering dept. in the German head office.

- maintenance of assembly equipment and test benches to assure availability during mass-production.

- planning of assembly processes

- analysis of impact of product changes

- reporting to Production Manager and Industrial Engineering dept. in Germany

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 to 10 years total work experience and at least 3 to 5 years in planning of production processes or maintenance of production equipment, preferable in the Automotive industry

- engineering degree

- good PC skills with standard software (outlook, word, excel, power point)

- German and English fluent in writing, reading and speaking

- high level of customer focus and team work

- good communication and interpersonal skills

- ERP System experience, for example SAP
