职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Acts as day to day business contact window
· Drives SAP forecast accuracy, forecast SAP collaboration
· Develops and owns CRM and CFT action plans (OS Rate, Yeild, lead time changes, responsiveness, OTD)
· Addresses customer scorecards and performance metrics; Influences the Customer Rating
· Leads (CFT, QBR, CRM) sessions with customers
· Understands and recommends service options based on customer/Amkor strategy ? knowledge of industry practices and marketplace experience to drive service strategies
· Establishes a rich understanding of customers' values, needs and motivations; how they are influenced; and how they impact sourcing decisions
· Understands competitive service strategies and utilizes competitive intelligence in developing future service offerings and contributes to business case analysis with Services
· Owns escalation process for their customer (demand match, expedites)
· Owns customer communication and service performance to customer scorecard
· Understands customer's supply chain and identifies continuous improvement opportunities
· Represent China in Customer meetings and internal meetings
· Utilize collaborative forecasting process to drive efficiency improvements
· Ensure NPI and hot run are perfectly orchestrated
· Encourage, model and maintain productive working relationships with customers, peers and internal teams
· Understand overall supply and manufacture bottlenecks and their impact on customers
· Communication of billings, b2b issues
· Ensures compliance to SOP, PA, SOX, customer audits
