Activities:
- Check delivery time & payment terms with iGuzzini Italy factory and iGuzzini China factory
- Double check if we have got CCC certificates for the products in projects
- Manage the documentation and book to import and export the temporary importation
- Prepare all documents for Customs clearance; make sure Import & Export operation smoothly.
- Setup good relationship with Customs and CIQ, and solve problems in customs clearance
- Arrange domestic transportation to job site according to contract
- Prepare the shipping documents to export
- Order Process in ERP system.

Requirement:
-At least 3-5 years relative work experience
-Familiar with ERP system
-Junior colleague degree or above
-Fluent in speaking and writing English
-Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and etc.
-Know well the procedure for inward processing and outward processing (temporary importation)
-Familiar with Import & Export process
-Team work
