岗位职责：

1、销售助理相关工作，销售业务的拓展及处理公司文档等材料；

2、与客户沟通，负责项目拓展及客户关系维护、选址、经济测算、商务谈判和签约工作；

3、为客户提供专业的房地产顾问服务，需要拓展核心区域的写字楼及次核心区域产业园区、科技园区中的办公楼项目。

任职资格：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，有房地产行业工作经验优先；

2. 能承受工作压力，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；

3. 书面以及英语口语较好。
