Job description:

1. Perform compliance services includingcompany formation and subsequent routineservices;

2. Participate in assigned business meeting /take meeting minutes and follow up;

3. Provide trainging to sub-ordinate(s);

4. Supervise sub-ordinate(s) on informationresearch and case understanding;

5. Participate in assigned assignment / projectand complete assigned tasks by team leaders;

6. Consolidate and summarise database updateseach month;

7. Liaise with client in compliance services;

8. Others assigned by leader(s);
