Job Objective
In essence, the main orientation of this role is an enterprise management role to provide daily execution and support to General Manger, organize and coordinate relative business efficient both internal and external.
Main Responsibilities
1.Support General Manger to leads and implements key internal projects and interface with all level of management and relevant stakeholders on project execution and keep management informed.
2.Assists the General Manager to facilitate execution of key initiatives across business units and functions, explore the company's strategy and rationalize the management framework.
3.Provide accurate, comprehensive, periodic status reports to multiple stakeholders
4.Work closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of client's needs to support the business to drive the deliverables goals
Top 3 Requirements
1.5-7 years relevant experience with Bachelor or Master in Finance, Accounting, Business or Marketing preferred. Very solid communication, negotiations skills both in English and Chinese.
2.High level of integrity, dedication and motivation, great passion for drive things done.
3.Down-to-earth, hard working, enjoys problem-solving, good analytical and organizational skills.
Special Requirements
1.Proven ability to influence outcomes through effective communication and relationship building.
2.Ability to organize and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
3.Leadership potential, willing to change and be flexible in a changing and evolving work environment.
4.Perfect Execl Skill
