职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
?Maintain high level of customer service and immediate resolution to all service requests
?SOE development assistance and deployment.
?Support of desktop software, e.g. Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7, MS-Office suite, Microsoft Outlook, Macintosh
?Support of PDA and mobility devices including mobile phones and smart phones.
?Creating & modify user accounts using Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange. Physical handling/storage of laptops, LCD screens and spares items.
?Windows OS (Windows, 2003, XP, Vista and Windows 7) knowledge, at system level.
?PDA support - e.g. Blackberry, smart phones, iPhones & other mobile email devices.
?Remote software installations & installation, VPN connections,
?Visits to remote sites to deploy PC's, printers & to provide other assistance which is unable to be done remotely.
?Perform general desktop support duties for clients using phone & remote control tools.
?Install, configure and support of system hardware, peripherals and software as required to meet Service Level Agreements.
?Use a problem logging system to perform call-backs, escalations & reassignment of jobs to other areas within SFG.
?Imaging desktops and laptops
?Create, maintain & update system documentation where required.
?Provide assistance where required on Project
QUALIFICATIONS:
?University Degree in Engineering or Electronic Information majors.
?Minimum 0 - 3 years of systems support experience, with previous experience in helpdesk processes and skills
?Strong working knowledge of various operating systems specifically windows.
?Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
?Working knowledge of personal computers and troubleshooting techniques for hardware.
?Working knowledge of imaging systems and Virus Protection systems.
?Ability to build and configure personal computers.
?Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide excellent customer service
?Strong ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks.
?Aptitude to learn or experience in SAP and Microsoft leasing programs, data management for tap backups
