工作职责 Responsibility：

1、负责功率半导体模块（IGBT）的机械结构部分设计，试验验证。

Responsible for IGBT mechanical design and test

2、负责引进产品机械结构部分的技术分析，国产化管理及试验验证

Responsible for the technical analysis, localization management and test verification of mechanical structure of imported products

3、负责和客户交流技术方案，获取信息，作为设计的输入；

Responsible for exchanging technical solutions with customers and obtaining information as input for design.

4、负责和供应商沟通机械零部件的实施方案，跟踪Review模具设计，生产加工，零部件级别试验验证的整个过程。

Responsible for communicating with suppliers on the implementation of mechanical parts, tracking the whole process of review mold design, manufacturing, parts level test and verification.

5、撰写及翻译产品技术文档

Write and translate product technical documents

要求Job requirement:

1、机械、力学、材料工程等相关专业本科以上学历，硕士优先；

A University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics and Material Engineering, Master preferred

2、三年及以上汽车零部件结构设计工作经验，熟练使用各种结构设计软件，测试仪器及设备。有功率半导体结构设计经验者优先

At least 3 years of work experience in the field of Mechanical design for Auto parts; Skilled in using all kinds of structural design software, testing instruments and equipment. Experience in power semiconductor structure design is preferred.

3、熟悉汽车零部件机械壳体机械结构强度及应力分析原理及方法

Familiar with the mechanical structure strength and stress analysis principles and methods of auto parts and mechanical shells.

4、熟悉注塑、冲压、冷挤压等机械零部件生产工艺，并在设计中应用汽车行业D-FMEA等成熟质量工具； 对工装模具有一定的了解，熟悉TS16949；

Familiar with injection molding, stamping, cold extrusion and other mechanical parts production process, and in the design of the application of automotive industry D-FMEA and other mature quality tools; have a certain understanding of tooling mold, familiar with TS16949;

5、熟悉真空焊接，Press-fit， Bondering等功率半导体生产工艺者优先。

Familiar with vacuum welding, Press-fit, Bondering and other power semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred.

6、良好的中英文听说读写能力。

Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese
