二、岗位描述

1、受理95590来电客户售后满意度回访；

2、完成调度工作；

3、回访客户，完成服务品质的跟踪调查。

三、岗位要求

1、大专及以上学历；

2、普通话标准流利，具有良好的语言表达及应变能力;

3、电脑操作熟练，打字速度在40字/分以上；

4、具备高度的工作责任心。

上班时间 ：9：00-18：00，做五休二

薪资 ： 4500-6000，福利 ：饭贴400，交通补贴200
