工作内容

1.协助整理采购部项目财务单据；

2.协助采购部跟进项目的完成进度，整理项目相关文件，确保项目能在目标时间内顺利推进；

3.负责对客户资料的管理；

4.完成领导安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

1.熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件；

2.每周一至周五正常出勤工作；

3.能接受加班者优先；

4.具有团队合作精神和较强的工作责任感。

Leading the hospitality interior design industry since 1964, HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates remains keenly attuned to the pulse of changing industry trends governed by today's sophisticated traveler.
