1. 遵守公司各项规定，服从领导工作安排，对菲宝斯上海工厂的仓库进行全面管理；

Comply with company’s policy，obey the arrangement of Leader, take fully responsibilities for Fibox Shanghai warehouse, day to day operations

2. 负责制定或更新仓库收发货相关的制度和工作流程

Be responsible for making or revising the policy relevant to the goods delivering/receiving of the warehouse, and work process.

3. 全面掌握仓库各系列产品库存情况，确保产品正常进出库房以及产品的完整性；

Overall, manage and control storage of all material and products in warehouse, ensure that the integrity of product during receiving and shipping procedure

4. 与其他部门进行工作协调；

Coordinating the work with different functional departments.

5. 负责物料从仓库到生产线的发放；

Materials replenishment between warehouse and production line

6. 负责成品库存管理，包装，和及时交货率

Finished goods storage, packaging, and on time delivery

7. 使用SCALA系统进行仓库日常工作操作；

8. 仓库管理Warehouse management

？ 对到货的产品进仓、验货和出货等整理登记入帐工作，做到准确无误，以便统计和核查；Records from warehouse during goods In/Out procedure, prepare relevant documents for audit;

？ 确保发货质量（包括数量、包装质量等），改善及时交货率，做好各类发货记录；Ensure shipping quality (Quantity, packing, etc), improve OTD, control FTQ(First time quality) and rework rate, keep shipping records in detail

？ 对发货的信息(数量、尺寸、地点、金额等)进行跟踪，核查并记录；提供相应的报告公司审核；Track transportation status such as quantity, size, location, amounts, etc, provide report in detail

？ 合理布置仓库货物摆放，制作库位识别、检索体系，完善目视化管理; Arranging the storage space and the storage mode for different storage locations, establish visible management system, as well as index system of stock

？ 负责综合管理仓库基础设施; Management of the infrastructure in warehouse

？ 仓库现场的工具采购计划，用于仓库改造、集成; Tooling purchasing plan for modification and integration for the needs from warehouse;

？ 负责现场安全事务，如防护用品的穿戴，定期组织安全培训, 生产场地5S保持; In charge of EHS and relevant issues at warehouse area, such as wear PPE properly, arrange EHS trainings regularly; maintain 5S status as well

？ 负责安排仓库人员的日常工作，并召开例会; Organize regular meetings within warehouse team

？ 对现有工作人员的技能进行培训，编制培训计划，并考评; Edit and provide training programs to existing warehouse team, evaluation after training

？ 协助质量部门，对内部及外部的客户投诉进行分析，并给出解决方案; Assist Quality department to provide effective solutions due to internal & external complains

9. 持续改进 Continues improvement

？ 仓库各类工作的标准建立，包括：作业指导书的制定，标准工时，制作仓库相关的文档; Establish standard working documents for warehouse, such as W/I, standard hour rate, etc

？ 建立库存盘点程序和执行；进行库存差异分析和库存准确度的持续改进

Build counting procedure and conduct execution; conduct inventory discrepancy analysis and continuous improve inventory accuracy

？ 寻找出工作中发生的问题的根本原因，制定出短期和长期的整改措施，并跟踪; Find out root cause of daily problems, according to the root cause work out an action plan with short-term and long-term solutions, then follow up

？ 管理团队绩效和工作纪律，建立牢固的和有效的仓库团队; Manage team performance and working discipline, build strong & efficient warehouse team

？ 在流程和工作量优化，降成本，客户满意度方面持续改进；Continuous improvement in terms of flow & work-loading optimization, cost saving, customer satisfaction improvement etc.

10. 工作汇报 Work report

？ 积极主动地向上级主管提交工作报告，如工时报告，周报、月报等, 费用报告; 数据准确; Actively and timely submit work reports such as working hour record, weekly、monthly reports, expense report to supervisor; data veracity

？ 向上级主管提交年度预算；Submit yearly budget to supervisor

？ 积极完成上级主管安排的其他工作任务；Actively complete other tasks arranged by supervisor
