    1、负责公司一条或多条产品线在南中国区域的销售工作；

 2、制定销售计划， 达成销售目标并保证货款及时回款；

 3、对所负责的产品线的渠道商和客户进行有效管理，并负责开发新客户和新渠道商， 支持完成销售目标；

 4、对所负责的产品线进行市场的研究和分析，完成相关市场调研任务，按要求提供准确的市场分析报告；

 5、对所负责的产品线收集整理用户反馈，市场反应，定期向公司提出有价值的产品改进建议；

 6、协助市场部门及研发部门完成相关新产品的定义和规划；

 7、协助市场部门策划、组织相关的市场宣传推广活动；  

岗位要求：

1、五年以上电子元器件、集成电路相关产品销售、推广经验，有滤波器/比较器/放大器，马达驱动，电流传感器等模拟或混合信号产品销售经验优先，有业界知名公司或代理商工作背景优先，有安防， 工业控制/电机等行业市场中集成电路产品销售背景、渠道资源者优先；

2、 熟悉电子元器件或集成电路或电子整机行业市场营销模式；

3、善于沟通,具备良好的团队合作能力；

4、具有一定的营销规划能力和执行力；

5、 责任心强，能承受工作压力，具备开拓精神，善于发现和把握机会
