【岗位职责】

1、 针对客户的背景、程度及要求进行需求分析，运用专业知识，提供客户课程服务咨询

2、 帮助客户建立合理可行的学习计划，达成个人既定销售指标；

3、 以电话沟通为主要方式，根据客户需求进行产品的销售及推广；

4、维护客户资源，提供优质的售课服务，保证客户满意度，达成长期合作；

5、通过电话向客户介绍和推荐教育课程，通过电脑系统记录客户讯息及反馈意见，为客户安排体验课；

【岗位要求】

1、大专以上学历；专业不限。

2、个性开朗、善于沟通，有较强的服务意识；

3、工作积极主动，勇于挑战高薪；

4、熟练操作Windows办公软件；
