• Responsibilities:
• Perform incoming inspection
• Perform final inspection

                

· Provide all specified documentation (Certificate of Compliance, Outgoing inspection report etc.) for each product ready for release to shipping.

    

· Perform all required quality control and assurance inspections within the specific time frame as defined and required by the policies and procedures.

    

· Setup and maintain test equipment used to perform quality testing on print substrates.

    

· Ensure routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and calibration is performed on all test equipment according to the assigned schedule and company guidelines/procedures.

    

· Perform all necessary adjustments to equipment as defined by the company’s controlled documents (Test Instructions, SOPs, Process Descriptions, Guidelines and other documents).

    

· Complete all record keeping and product labeling as assigned.

    

· Perform all assigned quality tests according to Company controlled documents (Test Instructions, SOPs, Process Descriptions, etc.) in a timely manner as defined in the job batch record or as assigned.

    

· On finding of NC, hold the product until the NC has been corrected.

    

· Provide recorded quality information or data and support to prepare reports

    

· Support 8D team in complaint management for internal and external CAPA(Corrective Action and Preventive Action) process

    

· Support on safety production and other EHS topics

    

· Support to follow up status of corrective action regarding quality and EHS

    

· Accomplish other tasks assigned by management

• Requirements:

Education: Bachelor of Science or Engineering

Experience: Experience in quality work in automotive or printing industry is preferred, but not limited

Language: Verbal and written English

Computer: Good MS office software

Knowledge of quality system as IATF 16949, Good team worker
