Key Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Maintain attendance records; overtime logs and leave applications

2. Investigate, record and rationalize production processes

3. Create and maintain job breakdown sheets and standard work sheets according to company format

4. Create and maintain training matrices

5. Actively improve methods, procedures and processes that the Shop Secretary and Process Engineer is involved with

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in an Engineering related Major. Industrial Engineering a strong plus.

2. CET 6

3. Computer literate

4. Strong in Microsoft Excel.

5. Experience in TWI (Training Within Industry) methods a strong plus.
