Job Purpose:

Design the warehouse working process to manage goods and staff efficiently and effectively.

Job Accountabilities:

1.Supervises the receipt and storage of equipment, materials, merchandise and similar items in a storeroom or warehouse.

2.Ensures that items are appropriately marked or tagged for identification purposes.

3.Guarantee the storage of incoming material with a definition of minimum stock.

4.Supervises employees who fill orders or requisitions for materials, and keep records of items issued and received.

5.Implement policies and procedures to safeguard materials kept at the warehouse.

6.Oversees packing of items for shipping and distribution, keeping of stock records.

7.Ensures that regular stock checks are made and that inventories are maintained at agreed levels.

8.Maintain effective communication while coordinating with QC, Production, Designer and Purchase department.

9.To guarantee collaborators' management by taking care of training, motivating and professional growth according to the relevant Material Supervisor's instructions and Personnel Department's policies.

Basic Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree in engineering or equivalent.

2.3-5 years experiences in warehouse supervision.

3.Familiar with procurement of Commodity parts.

4.Skillful English at oral and written expression.

5.Being familiar with Oracle ERP is preferred.
