Support  and cooperate with global design center of Laird Technologies

  Design antenna structure and components for vehicle, finalize 3D modules and 2D  drawings of components and assemblies

  Analysis product design and process risk, optimize product structure and cost  sense.

  Verify product design , prepare test plan and analyze verification  results,design products measure fixtures or test jigs

  Complete relative develop documents and project files

  Communicate with customer or supplier design team, improve products design,  perform risk assessment tests and use results to improve design and reduce  risks before reaching manufacturing,could lead new product development projects  from concept through preparation of turnover to manufacturing,establish project  plans and milestone charts at the inception of new projects, then track and  report on progress.

 

Position Requirements:

Basic Requirement

  Bachelor or Master Degree Major in Mechanical Engineering or related

  At least 3 year's of products design or equipment design experience in  manufactory or design center

  At least 3 year of 3D CAD software design experience, UG and CATIA 

  Fluent spoken and written English

  Better to have: 

  Knowledge in sheet metal ,plastic and Z-mark material, knowledge in plastic and  sheet metal tooling.

  Knowledge of quality system requirement, TS16949, ISO9001,QS9000, 6sigma,  MSA,SPC
