Main responsibilities include the following:

• Work closely with functional leaders to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications and configuration requirements;
• Define and review business processes and data flows and create corresponding documentation;
• Lead the ERP selection process and manage the ERP project with global, cross-functional teams;
• Lead efforts to define and prioritize strategic development roadmaps;
• Define detailed implementation and cutover plans;
• Effectively work with all stakeholders to optimally balance needs, resources and results;
• Oversee day-to-day project schedules, resources and deliverables;
• Manage direct and indirect team members to drive successful outcomes;
• Develop integrated test plans including user acceptance, systems integration and E2E testing;
• Proactively manage risks, issues and opportunities and propose reliable solutions;
• Effectively conduct routine meetings with internal stakeholders and outsourced project team members;
• Provide functional guidance and leadership to functional leaders and programmers;
• Ensure all project documentation is available to support audit requirements, training and post implementation processes;
• Conduct training sessions with all relevant users of the ERP solution;

Personnel Quality Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required ;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and Business Process Management;
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise ERP environments;
• Experience working with manufacturing organizations;
• Project Management skills;
• Ability to communicate accurately, succinctly and professionally with all levels of both internal and external stakeholders;
• Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making;
• Available for frequent travels;
• Fluent in Chinese and English is mandatory. The knowledge of any other language is an asset.
