REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1. Bachelor EE background, major in Electrical /Automation / Information Engineering, etc.

本科以上电子电气工程背景（电子电气/自动化/信息工程 等相关专业）

2. More than 3 years product engineering support experience.

3年以上电子类产品工程技术支持经验

3. Knowledgeable in product “Theory of Operation and” and “Testing Theory”.

能深入理解“产品工作原理”和“测试原理”

4. Knowing tester structure and setups

熟悉测试设备架构和架设

5. Experienced and hands-on with DFM, FMEA and Control Plan.

具有DFM，FMEA和Control Plan等实践经验

6. Can do functional designs of tooling / jig / tester.

具有工装夹具和测试设备等功能性设计经验

7. Project management experience on ECN and NPI.

具有工程变更或新产品导入等项目管理经验

8. Familiar with 7 Quality Tools and Statistical Analysis.

熟悉7大质量工具和统计数据分析

9. GPA>3.0, CET-6, fluent English to speak directly with corporate engineering team in the U.S.

综合成绩GPA 3.0以上，大学英语六级以上，口语流利（能直接和美国总部团队沟通合作）

10. Schematic design (e.g. Protel), or Radio Frequency testing a plus.

具有Protel等电子设计经验，或无线射频测试经验，优先考虑

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要责任

Routine Duties日常生产支持:

1. Root cause analysis on In-Process and End of Line failures, through trouble shooting, experiments and data analysis

通过计划性的分析、试验及数据分析，来确定制程或成品失效的根本原因

2. Lead and drive containment and permanent engineering solutions to fix problems, and document per ISO9001

制定相应的临时及永久性工艺措施以及时恢复生产，并按文控要求流程正式化

3. Initiate, verify, implement ECN/Memo by driving Corporate Eng / Quality / Supply Chain / Equipment / Production

发起并验证工程变更，推动各部门（质量/供应链/设备/生产/总部工程）进行有效实施

4. Provide product technical support to Quality and Equipment department

为质量部和设备部提供工程技术支持

NPI Project 新产品导入项目:

1. Early DFM & DFT review with corporate project engineering team

在产品导入前期，与总部项目团队合作，进行DFM可制造性和DFT可测试性分析

2. Verify and qualify new testers, tooling and jigs through sample run or trial run

通过样品或小批量试流，对测试设备和工装夹具等进行验证

3. Create documents for Tooling & Testers, on setup, calibration and maintenance

建立测试设备的标准文档，包括使用，验证，校验及保养

VA/VE 价值分析及工程改进:

1. Analyze existing products to identify opportunities on component/design/equipment for cost saving

对量产品进行价值分析，确定材料/设计/设备等方面的成本改善机会

2. Justify value engineering projects by doing samples, quality review and cost analysis

对潜在项目进行成本分析和可行性分析，并试制样品

3. Drive VE implementation by working with local departments and corporate engineering team

与各部门及美国工程部合作，推动项目实施
