Job Responsibilities:

• Participates actively in all quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results;
• Plans and implements sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies;
• Visits customers actively to understand their development status and needs, to strengthen customer relations and to develop more business;
• Actively explores new customer and new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform;
• Analyzes lost orders and customers and take effective means to recover them;
• Collects market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business;
• Takes on total customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability;
• Handles customer complaint responsively to ensure that it is closed satisfactorily and seize the opportunity to strengthen customer relations and generate new sales;
• Establishes yearly distributor development plan with distributors and follow up their performance during the year, including provision of necessary support to ensure distributors business and competence growth;
• Sources qualified distributors in responsible regions to support the regional distribution network development;

Job Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent;
• Well versed in sales and commercial practices;
• Technical knowledge of mechanical or bearing application and manufacturing process in machine tool segments;
• Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• At least 3 years in industrial market working experience;
• Project management experience;
• Sales and marketing experience;
• Technical and / or application engineering experience;
• Manufacturing environment experience;
