Responsibilities:

Follow up samples
Check Test Report and documents
Follow up approval process
Raise purchase orders and send documentation to suppliers
Assist quality department to obtain all necessary information for inspections
Assist e-mail communication with buyers
Requirements:

Relevant education background will be preferred
Relevant working experience in apparel field is a must, preferably in a buying office environment
Basic knowledge of products & merchandising process
Good attention to details
Good command of spoken and written English
Well-versed in computer applications - MS office
Occasion travel within local China is required
