Responsibilities:

• Perform in-house QA role of assessing the fit and construction of Traditional Knitwear samples as well as other Cut & Sew apparel departments as required
• Involvement in pre-production activities for all your responsible departments
• Advise factories on necessary amendments on designs and/or construction during production when quality issue arise
• Liaise with Sourcing/Merchandise team, QC team, Overseas Technical/Design, Suppliers and Buying teams
• Building technical support and standards for product covered by the Traditional Knitwear department.

Requirements:

• College graduate in Textile
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in related field including working with Traditional knitwear and Cut & Sew product for Men's, Ladies and Childrenswear
• Knowledge at pattern making, garment construction and specification development
• Experience in sample measurement and fitting is required on dummies and live models
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in computer applicants - MS office/Excel
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin is essential
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Occasional travel within China is required
• Self motivated and team player
