Job Responsibilities:

• Create & prepare detailed technical packs , providing detailed specifications
• Create & establish commercially accepted basic blocks in accordance to department brand and customer
• Conduct technical assessments of products for suitability of quality safety and compliance
• Work in collaboration with Stylists and buying team to ensure that the product is Fit for Purpose and cost parameters are achieved
• Maintain consistency of product size, fit, style and construction through regular, formal product reviews and meetings with the technical design team, vendor and buying teams

Job Requirements:

• College graduate in Textile
• Knowledge at pattern making, garment construction and specification development
• Experience in sample measurement and fitting is required on dummies and live model
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in computer applicants - MS office/Excel
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin is essential
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Occasional travel within China is required
• Self motivated and team player
