Responsibilities:
Perform in-house QA role of assessing the fit and construction of general garment samples as well as other Cut & Sew apparel departments as required
Involvement in pre-production activities for all your responsible departments
Advise factories on necessary amendments on designs and/or construction during production when quality issue arise
Liaise with Sourcing/Merchandise team, QC team, Overseas Technical/Design, Suppliers and Buying teams
Building technical support and standards for product covered by the Traditional Knitwear department.

Requirements:
College graduate in Textile
Minimum 5 years solid experience in related field including working with Traditional knitwear and Cut & Sew product for Men's, Ladies and Childrenswear
Knowledge at pattern making, garment construction and specification development
Experience in sample measurement and fitting is required on dummies and live models
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-versed in computer applicants - MS office/Excel
Good organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin is essential
Ability to adhere to deadlines
Occasional travel within China is required
Self motivated and team player
