职位描述
？ Conduct and support PETSCO import/export activities, prepare, review and stamp documents
？ HS code, Custom database maintenance
？ Monitor the overseas repair orders automated in SAP on daily base, and timely update the RPO(repair purchase order) daily tracking file
？ Communicate with oversea repair vendor to identify detailed information of defective parts and feedback the information to China blueroom for packing RPOs
？ Act as coordinator between China Blueroom and 3PL to ensure timely picking at China blueroom and delivery of defective parts to customs broker
？ Coordinate with China Blueroom, customs broker and repair vendor on timely exportation and re-importation of RPOs
？ Proactively communicate with oversea repair vendor to closely monitor the status of open RPOs, cooperate repair vendor to expedite repairing and ensure RPOs to be shipped back China within committed repair lead time
？ Perform data analysis to report the parameters monitoring the performance of service provider
Required Competencies
？ College degree(or equivalent)in business or international trade related field
？ 1-3 years import/export experience with focus on trade compliance and logistics
？ Experience working for a Customs broker, Forwarding Agent is a plus
？ Good English and SAP operational skill
？ Accurate and quality driven
