Responsibilities:

• Support brand strategies through the management of a dynamic Merchandising team
• Main interface with AU designers to foresee the next season's fashion trend.
• Co-ordinate & communicate with the local supplier/ factory to deliver the qualified products and well control the lead time
• Demonstrate ability to translate global product trends to the Australian marketplace
• Strong working relationships with buying teams
• Be responsible for design collection and transform to the product with the efforts by the local vender/factory.

Requirements:

• good on communication both in English & Chinese
• have the experience on garment factory, know the factory's process & production
• good sense on fashion area, especially for ladieswear
• extensive merchandise experience
• have the experice on design collection
• Major in Fashion design is preferred
