1.负责阿里云产品/解决方案售前等技术支持工作;

2.配合销售进行售前客户拜访，了解客户IT/DT架构，引导用户需求并提出咨询建议方案及讲解;

3.基于阿里云的产品线、技术体系，帮助企业制定云IT/DT架构;4.解决客户使用云计算产品中遇到的技术问题。

岗位要求：

1.全日制本科及以上学历，计算机或通信类专业；

2.三年以上云计算或四年以上IT售前、产品或解决方案的工作经验，作为重要成员参与实施过云计算数据中心、大型软件平台及应用系统集成项目；

3.具备服务器、存储、数据库、主机虚拟化软件、中间件软件和网络及安全平台等方面的知识及与行业应用结合的经验；

4.对编程语言、框架及中间件有一定了解；

5.英语四级以上，能够阅读英文技术文档；

6.熟悉主流公有云平台（Ali、Azure、AWS等）的产品；

7.能理解公司销售人员的意图，归纳客户需求并将客户需求与公司产品关联起来；

8.具备良好的沟通能力及逻辑思维，有较强的进取心；

9.自我学习能力强；

10.具备很强的事业心和团队合作精神；

11.拥有云计算项目经验或具有ACP、VCP等厂商认证证书者优先考虑。
