岗位职责
1、负责外籍客户的接待、咨询工作，为顾客提供优秀的置业咨询服务；
Responsible for foreign clients reception, consulting, to provide customers with excellent home advisory services
2、了解外籍客户需求，提供合适房源，进行商务谈判；
The understanding of foreign customer demand, to provide suitable housing, business negotiations
3、陪同外籍客户看房，促成房屋租赁业务成交；
With foreign customers to search, housing leasing transactions
4、负责业务跟进及房屋租赁手续办理等服务工作；
Responsible for the follow-up services and housing rental procedures and other services;
5、负责公司房源开发与积累，并与业主建立良好的业务协作关系。
The company responsible for the housing development and accumulation, and the owners of the establishment of good business cooperation relationship.
6、负责处理租赁后业主与外籍租户之间的相关事宜
Responsible for leasing after the owners and foreign tenants between related matters
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，专业不限制，英语精通熟练；
College and above, major is not restricted, fluent English proficient
2、有良好的陈述技巧,性格外向,喜欢与人打交道,高度的工作热情有较强观察能力和应变能力；
Good presentation skills, outgoing personality, like dealing with people, high work enthusiasm has stronger observation ability and the strain capacity;
3、具有良好的团队精神意识，形象气质佳,口齿清楚。
Has a good team spirit, the image of good temperament, enunciation is clear.
4、公司有系统培训，欢迎优秀应届生；
The company has a system to groom, welcome excellent graduates
5、年龄35岁以下，户籍不限 ，性别不限；
Under 35 years of age, limited to the household registration, no gender limitation
6、Love real estate intermediary business, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, willing to pay, can work under pressure;
