Position Description:
HRIS Consultant

The HRIS Consultant will be responsible for working side-by-side with the HRIS PM to successfully implement various projects companywide. This role will provide expert solutions on how to leverage Lenovo’s HRIS and maximize system efficiencies in an effort to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business. This position will work collaboratively with the HRIS Systems Operations Team to assist in the implementation and subsequent maintenance of various modules within Workday and other HR systems.

Job Description
• Responsible for gathering business requirements
• Liaising with consulting partners to build solutions
• Must be able to understand customer needs and create a solution
• Responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying solutions
• Responsible for providing weekly project status updates to PM
• Responsible for raising risks and concerns and finding solutions and mitigations
• Developing documentation for handoff and training to Systems Operations team
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday solutions and other HR systems
• Schedule and drive detailed meetings, requirements, and testing
• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement new modules and process improvements designed to enhance user experience and process efficiencyLinkedIn

Position Requirements:

• Ability to understand and react quickly to changing priorities.

• Strong communication and project leadership skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently, with minimal supervision.
• Strong follow-through skills and ability to be the driving force behind the completion of multiple projects.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and relevance of all solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Workday and experience configuring Workday required
• Experience with Cornerstone and Peoplefluent preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HRIS Analyst/Consulting role
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Workday
