A. ROLE SUMMARY
The Risk Manager is responsible for the assessment of enterprise risk (primary focus on hazard risk), and the transfer of risk through insurance program across China legal entities. Through use of effective insurance program design, safety and loss control programs, effective claims management

B. RESPONSIBILITY
a. Manage and develop the existing business insurance programs
Evaluate company risk and develop insurance program in partnership with legal and finance.
Annual budgeting of insurance
Program renewal and new stores declaration
Move towards effective integration of all insurance programs in China
b. Claims program management-responsible for reporting, investigating, and insuring timely and proper handling of claims by
broker and insurance company as well as directly handing the claims under the deductible.
c. Development and oversight of crisis management and Business Continuity for China operations
d. Training across China legal entities
e. Develop and Manage China Vendor Product Liability Program
f. Co-Develop Loss control and safety programs (in partnership with Asset Protection)

C. REQUIREMENTS
a. Bachelors Degree major in Business or related field
b. At least 3 years' experience in area of risk management and insurance
c. Good understanding of risk management concepts and principles
