Job Designation:
- System/component Program Management and release
- Sub-system program leader, cross-functional team coordination, timing control, supplier management
- Problem solving, reaction to engineering initiatives during program development

Qualification:
General Skills
- Good communication skills and Language skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in using MS Office.

Functionality Skills and Technical skills
- Program management skills, including initiating and leading program meeting, manage team resouce, report program status, lead cross functional team to resolve problem during vehicle program development, provide output to management. Team work spirit.
-Cost and timing control, risk evaluation skills. Familiar with design and manufacturing process of Chassis system and components, focusing on key product characteristics. Monitoring program timing, validation, coordination among functional groups both internal and external.
- Experience in releasing chassis parts for new programs, managing Bill of Material and change process.
- Familiar with problem solving process for Chassis Components with team work.

Mgt and Leadership Skills
- Leading project engineer and other crossfunctional team from vehicle development phase to vehicle launch.
- Managing suppliers both in China and global wide to ensure vehicle launch (leading technical review, leading AQP meeting).

Experience and education
- BS or MS degree in Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering with more than 5 years' experience in automobile industry.

Personal Traits
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, work under pressure.
- Domestic/oversea travels may be needed.
