Job Description:

Import materials(Normal trade,Processing trade),contracts register,Handbook verification,prepare documents;

进口料件(一般贸易,加工贸易),合同备案,手册核销,单据制作;
Apply import and export license, permit as requested;

申请相关的进出口证书或许可;
Assist to check the logistics expenses and prepare the payment;
相关物流费用的审核以及付款;

Complete the documents and AS40008 system data input;

完成相关文档及仓储环节数据的处理;
Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

完成上级分派的其他工作。

Requirements & Qualifications:

College degree preferably with international trade/Logistics;Mechanical background is perferred;

专科及以上学历,国际贸易,物流类相关专业,机械行业背景优先;

Over 2 years experience in operating Handbook, can handle the business independently;

必须有独立操作手册开立、核销等相关业务2年以上;

Hold the Customs Certificate;

持有报关员证书;

Be Familiar with Shanghai customs/CIQ regulations and process;

熟悉海关,商检相关政策及进出口业务流程;
Good command of written and oral English.

良好的英文口语与读写。
