Key Responsibilities:

工作职责:

1.First check for all the payment application, pay attention to the description and related invoices, amount and attachments.

初步审核各类付款申请,是否填写完整,申请金额与附件是否相符。

2.Part of the general works with bank and tax bureau.

部分日常银行及税务工作。

3.Print and arrange accounting vouchers timely.

及时打印和整理会计凭证。

4.Issue invoices as billing request.

开具发票。

5.Other works under the financial Department.

其他财务部安排的工作。

Requirements & Qualifications:

任职要求:

1.Graduated from Accounting, Financial Management or other related Economic specialty.

会计学、财务管理、财政学等经济类相关专业毕业;

2.Serious, carefully and organized. Familiar with MS office. Good learning ability. Can work under pressure.

做事认真仔细有条理,熟悉办公软件,学习能力强,能承受一定的工作压力;

3.Good communication skill, team cooperation spirit and strong responsibility.

有较好的沟通能力,团体合作精神，及较强的责任心;

4.Fluent in English.

英文熟练。
