Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize and manage the defined sales accounts through tele-communication
2. Implement tele-sales strategies, achieve sales targets and increase market share within the territory / accounts;
3. Conduct telemarketing to identify and target new growth points and new clients while retaining current core business;
4. Understand and communicate on key issues of customers and continuously improve customer satisfaction;
5. Provide market intelligence and feedback to management
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor degree or above, majored in Biology area.
Ø Outbound telesales experience is a plus.
Ø Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice.
Ø Fluent in mandarin with no obvious accent, and acceptable spoken English.
Ø Good Logical thinking and presentation skills.
Ø Good team player
Ø Proficient in MS office.
