Key Activities (主要工作内容):
The main focus of this role is to ensure the quality of products being made in China, and sold to the domestic market, and internationally. The Quality Controller is also responsible for assisting with ensuring goods are shipped on time and installed carefully.

o Paustian International Shanghai showroom (Jing An district) 上海静安区的展厅.
o Suppliers: Zhejiang and Shanghai mainly (工厂主要在江苏和上海一带)
? Ensure a consistent quality, based on drawings and reference samples (基于图纸和参考样品, 确保产品品质的一致性)
? Carry out quality control on all products before delivery (进行所有产品出货前的品质控制)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (主要工作职责):
? Implement quality procedures at suppliers. (执行工厂的品质控制流程)
? Technical support （提供技术支持）
? Follow up on supplier performance – take initiative to make improvements. （跟踪工厂的表现并提出一些改善。
? Follow up on the shipment of Paustian products. （跟踪产品的出货情况）
? Technical support to sales of Paustian Shanghai. （提供技术支持给上海销售部门）
? Technical support to agents in Shanghai and Australia （提供技术支持给上海和澳洲代理）
? Warehouse management. （负责仓库的管理）
? Installation of furniture for domestic projects （负责国内项目的安装）
Skills required （技能要求）:
? Understanding CAD drawing. Platform: Autodesk (DWG / 3D) （能读CAD 技术图纸）
? 1 year or more QC experience with wood, metal, plastic and upholstery furniture. （1年以上验货经验，熟悉木头，铁，塑料和软包家具）
? DIY expert （动手能力）
? Understanding high quality （了解高档产品的品质要求）
? Quick learner, detail oriented, practical and honest （学习能力强，注重细节，注重实效，诚实）
? Able to work independently （能够独立工作）
? AutoCAD 2012 / Autodesk Inventor 2012 (average +) （会用AutoCAD2012/Autodesk Inventor 2012 设计软件）
? Strong English spoken and written （英语说写熟练）
? Driving license is a plus. （有驾照）
