工作职责:

构建数据采集新渠道，包括开发网上及手机移动应用
指导项目组确保系统内数据的准确性和完整性
指导项目组改进CRM系统并优化数据采集
挖掘客户人脉数据，确定与客户及顾问合作的最佳方式
与IT部门合作，收集并分析查询信息
撰写优质报告，帮助管理层制定正确决策
理解公司目标，确保报告使用最佳数据和格式

应聘要求：

2-4年做完BA和IT咨询顾问的经验
对于数据库有一定的经验
基本英文读写能力
倾向于在企业内部工作
学习能力强，注重细节，具有良好团队意识

Responsibilities
Build new channels for data collection, including online and mobile application development
Lead Projects to ensure data accuracy and integrity in they system
Lead Projects to maximize data collection through CRM system improvement

Mine client relationship data to determine better ways to work with clients and consultants
Work with IT Dept to pull queries for analysis
Build good reports to help management make the right decisions
Understand company objectives and determine the best data and format to include in reports

Qualification
2-4 Years of work as a Business Analyst or IT Consultant
Previous work experience with Databases
Basic understanding of written and verbal English
Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
Able to learn quickly. This responsibilities of this role can grow quickly
Detailed and process oriented
Strong team ethic
