Responsibilities

- Review, develop and implement Compensation and Benefits Program

- Conduct research on Compensation & Benefits components to build market intelligence

- Monitor trends affecting pay and benefits, present findings and make recommendations to management 

- Prepare budget, forecast and various types of analysis on C&B program 

- Manage broker services and prepare relevant analysis for insurance policy renewal 

- Project management leader on pay review and bonus exercise and other Compensation and Benefits initiatives

- Be the subject expert for Business to provides advices on pay structure and reward philosophy 

Requirements

- A university degree, majoring in Human Resources Management or computer science or statistics, Business Administration or equivalent

- At least 10 years' working experience in Human Resources Management specialized in Compensation and Benefits function

- Well versed with employment related ordinance, employment practices and local regulatory in Mainland China 

- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits   

- Practical experience in managing C&B projects and interpreting data from salary survey 

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, detail oriented 

- Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure 

- Excellent computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint; Previous experience in designing C&B technology tool is an added advantage.  

- Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese
