职位描述
Job Objective:
Support of international project teams via the integration of suitable suppliers into the Simultaneous Engineering. Processes, beginning with the quotation and concept phase and the issue of new parts, components and tools; as well as the standardization of components and cost reductions via the use of alternative production processes when
generating supplier parts in order to procure highly complex materials and a high project volume on international procurement markets in as optimal a manner as possible (coordination of the Procurement management in the product creation process [PEP]).
Tasks / Area of Responsibility:
A Purchasing tasks
1 Minimization of the total costs due to early integration of Project Purchasing in the development process (Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Design to Cost (DTC)).
2 Preparation of confidentiality agreements and development contracts as well as declarations of intent (LOI or
Nomination Letter) with suppliers within the scope of contract draw-up.
3 Accompanying the procurement process during Time to Market, starting with the quotation and concept phase up
to Start of Production (SOP) (transfer to Series Purchaser and planning staff at the plants).
4 Early integration of suitable suppliers in the Simultaneous Engineering Process.
5 Execution of Target Costing Activities; the formation of objectives as well as the achievement of objective costs for the project-related total material costs in collaboration with the project management, taking deadline and quality
objectives into account.
6 Indication of saving potentials and alternative solutions during difficult or sensitive procedures.
7 Implementation of purchasing strategies in the development projects.
8 Procurement, evaluation and negotiations for quotations for materials and special direct costs for new, highly
complex introductions, in agreement with superiors.
9 Preparing and carrying out joint supplier decisions (Sourcing Committee).
10 Distribution of initial orders and supervision of new introductions (ensuring supplier's production capacities)
11 Maintenance of master data as well as support for the procurement assistants in master data maintenance
and the coordination of short-notice changes to be made in the technology and change managements up to
the Start Of Production (SOP).
Requirements:
1 School Education: Qualification certificate for College of Higher Education.
2 Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English. A second foreign language would be advantageous.
3 Job-related Experience: more than 3 years.
4 Additional Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of EBusiness.
SAP / Module knowledge of materials administration, Technical knowledge.
Knowledge of contractual law and project management.
Knowledge of negotiation techniques.
Knowledge of methods and processes.
