IT Localization Translator – Full-Time Position
We are looking for 1 experienced technical translator and/or reviewer to add to our existing team in Shanghai.
Candidates need to be fully qualified and comfortable translating/reviewing from English into Traditional Chinese (preferably Taiwanese).

Tasks
? Translating/reviewing software, online help, user documentation, websites, product specifications, etc.
? Post-Editing machine translation content
? Translating marketing materials and white papers, and copywriting

Key Requirements
? A degree in Translation, Chinese studies, English, Publishing, Journalism or similar
? Above-average language and translation skills
? Good writing style
? Ability to work efficiently and to a high standard
? Ability to conform to glossaries, style guides and industry terminology
? At least 2 years professional experience as a technical translator, technical reviewer, technical author
? Familiarity with translation memory tools (preferably Trados, SDLX, MemoQ, Idiom or Passolo)
? A keen interest in IT and new technologies
? Good team worker
