1. Treasury Compliance
1) Ensuring compliance of Group Treasury Policies & North & South East Asia Treasury SOP & COA
2) Closely working with Plant/BU finance /SSC in maintaining North & South East Asia Treasury SOP & COA implementation
3) Developing / formalizing/ optimizing North & South East Asia (by country) Treasury SOP & COA
4) Providing advisory services to North & SE Asia business / entities management on implementation of or compliance with banking policies & relationship

2. Liquidity / Net Debt Management
1) Managing/optimizing Bekaert China cash pooling structure & operation
2) Proposing, revising & executing approved yearly financing plan for North & SE Asia
3) Managing North & SE Asia entities financing (banks / ICO loans) for business operation, expansion, consolidation & repatriation payments
4) Managing North & SE Asia entities banking relationship
5) Optimizing & Managing North & SE Asia treasury operation (facility review/net debt/cash position)
6) Optimizing funding & debt arrangement by cash flow forecasting
7) Managing FX risk exposure and executing hedging as group policy for NAS & SEA
8) Optimizing bank account management & regularly reviewing
9) BAD management and process improvement
10) Streamline & standardize treasury report for North &SE Asia to fulfil HQ &business needs

3. Treasury Projects and Operational Excellence
1) Internal & external projects feasibility study, design, implementation & management
2) Continuous process improvement initiatives, feasibility study, design, implementation & management
3) Streamline country treasury operation management ( Liquidity/Financing/E-banking) in North & South East Asia
4) Financing management for North & SE Asia entities business operations, expansion & repatriation payments
5) Executing approved FX hedging plan
6) Enhance the visibility on cash by setting up daily cash position report

4. M&A Projects
1) Performing Treasury Due Diligence
2) Evaluating funding requirements on green/brown fields and divestment projects
3) Proposing funding structure & implement approved funding structure
4) Closing (treasury perspective) & post-M&A integration process (treasury perspective)

5. Business Partner to Regional Businesses
1) Evaluating incremental financing needs & organize incremental funding proposal for Businesses
2) Regular review & assess funding structures to support business growth & requirements
3) Providing treasury related advice to Business
职位要求：
Your Profile
1. University degree or above in Finance/Accounting
2. 8 years+ Treasury working experience in MNC with corporate/BU matrix environment is preferred
3. Strong soft skill in leadership, communication, interpersonal, presentation and relationship management
4. Experience in treasury project management and multi-tasking management
5. Integrity, self-motivated, work independently under pressure
6. Mature, customer-oriented, a team player & able independently with minimum supervision
7. Fluent English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
8. Strong MS (especially Excel and Powerpoint) skill is a must
9. Proven experience and knowledge on SAP is preferred
