Responsibilities:

? Develop, shape and execute commodity strategies, both short-term and long-term

? Lead negotiations with key strategic suppliers, ensuring optimal commercial terms

? Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic suppliers

? Perform Supplier Risk Mitigation and Contingency Planning

? Conduct relevant spend and cost structure analysis as well as supply market research

? Manage longer term strategic considerations and drive long-term procurement KPI (Cost, Delivery, Quality) performance improvement

? Conduct professional and effective RFQ rounds, analyze responses and drive the negotiation process

? Cooperate with SQE to facilitate effective & efficient supplier qualification processes

? Identify, develop and improve supply chain strategy for the new product development

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, supply chain or business administration.

? More than 8 years’ experience in Electronic Components and other commodities sourcing for similar industries.

? Basic technical knowledge in manufacturing processes and material.

? Fluent English & Mandarin. Experience in global company and multi-culture environment.

? Experience in EPR.

? Good leadership and communication skill.

? Willing to travel for more than 30% of the time.
