· At least 2 years’ experience in graphic or related design.

· Preferably with and longer stay abroad, 6 months at least

· Has a good sense of Chinese / Asian traditional art.

· Good communicator. Able to talk with client to get the right idea of what they want.

· Quick learner and a good team-worker.

· Capable of: English (speaking and writing) Adobe and AutoCad, water colour skills

· Experience with repeats in patterns

· Creative, open and out spoken personality with a good sense of what the clients need, good at finding inspiring solutions

· Good comprehension of Western mentality/ culture

· 至少两年的平面设计或相关设计经验。

· 最好有在国外生活或工作6个月及以上的经历。

· 对中国传统艺术有较好的感受及表达能力。

· 好的沟通者。能够有效和客户探讨方案，了解客户需求。

· 能快速学习并掌握新东西；而且能和团队成员一起工作。

· 能使用Adobe系列和AutoCad。中级英语口语及书写能力。会水墨或水彩画。

· 有创意,外向活泼的性格,能知道客户的想法和要求,能有效地找到灵感来源和创意解决方案。

· 对西方文化和西方人心理特点有较好的了解。
