· Undertaking planning and urban design tasks for large scale masterplanning projects

· Work closely with the lead urban designer on projects

. Providing advice on a wide range of planning and design matters

· Project and team administration duties

· Assisting with producing project related correspondence and reports.

Requirements:

· Degree qualified in a relevant field and be working towards professional qualification

· Solid understanding of planning and urban design principles and methodologies

. Excellent ability with relevant design softwares including CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

· Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is essential

· Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills

· Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)

· Highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges

. Preferably have Mandarin language capability.
