职位描述
Experienced true knits and cut n sew candidates wanted!
Responsibilities
- Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. This includes handling customers' enquiries, arrange sample submission to customers for approval, communicate customers' requirement to factories, monitor production status and resolve conflict between buyer and factories.
- Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production including evaluating vendor's performance and capability
- Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements including sourcing new vendors, and advice on design/ samples to meet customers' requirement
- Critical Path management
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers
Requirements
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Fabric background is required
- 7-10 years experience in MN garment trading company
- Ability to communicate and interact with people at various levels
- Detailed-oriented, organized and possess strong problem solving skills, possesses strong desire to learn and excel
- Willing to travel locally
