要求：
1、定期与客户电话、Email往来，了解客户需求。
2、预约、带看，介绍上海的高档物业及相关生活配套设施。
3、与房东和客户双向沟通、谈判、促成交易。
4、安排入住、登记并跟踪客户的售后，确保客户的入住满意度。
条件：
1、性别不限，仪表端正，对上海的交通环境熟悉。
2、专科及以上学历，英语听说写熟练，尤其是书写能力。
3、乐于与外籍人士打交道，有良好的服务意识以及责任感。
4、工作积极主动、性格外向、善于沟通、长于交际、有亲合力，有很强的心理调节能力。
5、勤于外出，可根据客户要求进行加班加点。
6. 符合上述条件的大四在校生（已无课业）及应届毕业生可优先考虑。
