2. Job Scope
Import & Export shipments of wines and spirits
- order placement and follow-up with suppliers
- managing relations and clearances with freight-forwarders, customs, hygiene and various govt. bureaus
Inventory Management
Delivery Management
Invoicing
3. Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Strong Spoken and Written English ability, Fluent Mandarin
- Strong Excel formulas
- Full knowledge of Regulations, laws and requirements for Import/Export trading companies
- Prior working experience with business or logistics management
- University graduate
- Dynamic and interested in working in a competitive and challenging environment
- Independent - Self-starter
- Neat and Well Organized
- Automatically reports and troubleshoots
- Good team player with strong communications skills
- Punctual and able to work under pressure
- Honest
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with China wide logistics and delivery
- Use of Accpac or similar ERP programs (all modules) preferred
- Experience setting up ERP systems preferred
- Experience handling wine preferred
