职位描述

A- Key Responsibilities

1. To contribute to the set up of our first shop by providing his expertise of the technical and HR aspects of the business, and process guidebooks.
2. To assist the founding team in the relation with the landlord, and the officials, and to establish trusting relationship with them.
3. Contributes toward store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory, and cost of goods control and labor costs.
4. Maintains daily, weekly and period financial reports.
5. Ensures all cash handling and cash register function are performed in an accurate and consistent manner.
6. Maintains final accountability for the store operations, partner development and financial contribution.
7. Ensures the proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and merchandise are sourced, ordered and stocked. Effectively communicates new product information to partners.

B- Develops Partners

1. Hires, trains and develops partners to demonstrate all our brand customer service standards, operating standards.
2. Expects and encourages full participation of partners in creating goals and developing plans.
3. Determines daily and weekly staffing requirements, recruits, conducts interviews, makes hiring and termination decisions, schedules and apportions partner work hours, and schedules partner’s time off.
4. Resolves partner complaints and concerns, provides ongoing performance feedback, conducts formal performance and salary reviews and counsels partners when necessary.

C- Maintains Quality Store Operations

1. Ensures all company policies, store standards and procedures are communicated effectively to partners and maintained and followed in a consistent manner. Follows all guidelines outlined in the Policy and Procedures Manual to create and maintain the safest environment for our partners and customers.
2. Organizes work throughout the store in a manner that facilitates efficient customer service and profitable operation.
3. Provides the brand “Service Experience” consistently for all our customers.
4. Ensures store appearance and equipment area maintained in a consistent manner.
5. Maintains consistent speed of service to the customer by ensuring all store staffing requirements.


Training and Education Requirements:

- High school graduates
- 3 years at a equivalent position in a similar concept store (Starbucks, Costa, Coffee Bean…), with success track are vital
- Good English level


Qualities:
- Efficient,
- Self-motivated,
- Organized,
- A good communicator, and
- IT literate.
